Prime Intellect is a US-incorporated, venture-backed company. It publishes open INTELLECT models and training code, and sells a hosted training, inference and GPU platform. Research transparency is strong, but it is fully CLOUD Act exposed. Its privacy policy and terms date from February 2024 and predate the current product line. The terms exclude HIPAA, FISMA and GLBA-regulated use, and no EU AI Act statement, DPA, or security certification (SOC 2 / ISO 27001) was found.
