List model creators

Returns every creator with at least one active catalogue model (Qwen, Meta, Mistral, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.).

With a served language the answer carries content_lang: per curated field, the language its text is in. Names, numbers, prices and scores are never translated. The ETag differs per language.
