List input items for a stored response

https://api.stav.ai/v1/responses/{response_id}/input_itemsOpenAI Responses passthrough — list the input items for a stored
response. Requires the original request to have set store: true
explicitly — Stav defaults store to false, unlike OpenAI — so
without that opt-in this returns 404. Pagination query params are
forwarded verbatim.
