The request-parameter registry

Every request parameter the gateway accepts, which provider dialects honour it, the model capability it needs, and — for the ones a UI renders as a control — a JSON-schema fragment with its range or enum. Anonymous and ETag-cached; changes only with a deploy.

This is the one declaration behind the strict 400-by-name rule: a parameter absent from a model's dialect here is refused by name when sent. Render your controls from it and nothing you send can be refused.
